Being able to see the current temp without clicking into the thermostat would be nice. For example, when you open the app and see your cameras, on the right hand side they say “on” or “off” if the thermostat has the same thing but listed a temperate instead that would be nice.

Great idea
Great Idea but extend it to other information other than just temp. Things like state (Home Away Sleep), set temperature, Fan (On Auto), Mode (Heat Cool Off). Status (Heating Cooling Idle). This is just a rough idea at best.
A possible example is shown below. Note that if there is no fan control, then Fan would not appear on the list).
