Shipping Update for Thermometer, Band, and Scale - 4/13/2020

We had to buy a no-contact thermometer like Wyze’s in January, with the specifications that were recommended by the visiting nurse. It cost $88 from Amazon.

Appreciate the update, I am trying to be patient but not getting updates on my shipment is driving me crazy! It looks like it left IN (FedEx) on Tuesday but there have been no updates since then. It would be nice to know when i could expect it. Everything else I have been ordering is getting to me within 4 day. I hope it gets here soon. Thanks again!!

Fingers crossed the tracking number shown on USPS informed delivery for me actually ships, label created 4/13, order placed 4/1…

I received my tracking number on 4/14/20 but no movement on tracking, just says label created.

I ordered my thermometer on The 9th* and it showed up yesterday.

Is there a way we can get the band in Canada?

Another day with ZERO progress on the band - still processing (or so it says).
It takes a lot of skill to be this incompetent, guess it comes from all the practice that Wyze has had every time they release a produce.

Thanks for keeping us updated! I am not surprised at the delay. Your established customer base is still expanding, so I assumed that there would be a lot more people taking advantage of the early bird offers. Plus The Plague is slowing everyone down. Even my Amazon orders are taking a couple of weeks! The delays are understandable.

Not complaining but wanted to see if anyone else has the same issue. I ordered my scale the day prior to early access stopping. Got the email for “order shipped” this morning. Checked tracking and USPS says delivered. I don’t have the scale. Check the order status on wyze.com and it says processing. Is this a Wyze issue or a USPS issue? I have tickets in to both…

ordered a Band and Scale (and 2 replacement contact sensors) on 3/26. Got the sensors on 3/30, Got the Scale yesterday (4/16) and now just waiting on the Band. The site still says processing on the Scale and Band order though. It is just annoying that I cannot be sure when things are sat on my porch. I get that these are unprecedented times but there is some disconnect in the system somewhere. Hopefully that can get fixed soon because I think that is driving the lots of the discontent on the forums lately. Stay safe friends, and remember, getting your Band or Scale is not going to save your life, there are lots of people working hard and putting themselves at higher risk to get you these non-essential devices.

Do you guys need help updating order statuses, and can I do that from home?
I’ve been out of work for a month now and I’m starting to get really bored!

For my bands(order as soon the early access started 03/24), shipping label with USPS was created on 04/08. Still in the same state.

I’m sorry you’re not having the experience you want. :frowning: Personally, I’m enjoying the experience! It’s all part of the fun of being in the pre-order scene of a growing company. I might suggest that you wait until general availability for any new products. Might help?

Well said! Some people have no idea how many people are not showing up for work at USPS, UPS and FedEx due to virus symptoms and/or fear of catching it, but you will only know about it if you have friends that work there. The services will not publicly acknowledge it.

I ordered mine on March 25. The status still says “Processing.” :neutral_face:

To add insult to injury I just got a survey asking to review my Wyze Band, which I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED!! SMH… What did I do to deserve this?! Good thing I have a sense of humor.

It’s a total cluster. My band is still in pick, My mask order is totally screwed up and I can’t report it because the web site won’t accept new input.
And just for the record, that web site is a mess. I had to wander around randomly until I could find the right place to report a screwed up order. Maybe you should get somebody with talent to reorganize it while you’re trying to fix all your other internal problems.
And why am I typing this blind? My keyboard covers my comments because the text won’t scroll up. You really should try using the tools you give us to communicate with you to see how badly they work

Same for me also. I replied that I couldn’t rate it or give a review as I don’t have it in my hands and no email updates/shipping info. Weird thing was about an hour after I replied, I got an email saying my Scale had shipped, even though I ordered the band on 3/26 & the Scale on 4/5. Go figure. :thinking:

To be honest, when I pre-ordered, given the state of everything, I did not expect to receive any of it anytime soon. When I received the thermometer, I was pleasantly surprised and it was much appreciated. I am happily waiting on my scale and will be happy when I receive it. Even if it’s another 30 days, I would not be surprised nor worried. I’ve learned not to depend on shipping dates promised by the shippers. They are doing the best they can also, given the circumstances. While I got used to receiving items pretty quick and being able to get TP, neither is working very well right now! LOL
