Shipping Update for Thermometer, Band, and Scale - 4/13/2020

Folks, @UserCustomerGwen is on it. She has posted that the FIFO was incorrect, but is working on it. Some of us us havent received anything since 3/24 - no tracking # - no updates on delivery.
I am in same boat but feel confident this will be resolved shortly

I suspect one of the main problems is that Wyze is contracting out to the cheapest people or companies to do the packing & shipping. I received a tracking number that the band ordered 3/24 was “On its way to a USPS facility” - dated 4/9. So I looked up the company that this label was created by:

Eachbit Trade, LLC
14550 Interurban Avenue South A100
Tukwila, WA 98168 Which has 1 employee. This has NOT changed any since 4/9 - must be a long walk the the post office.

Everyone needs to stop believing that Wyze is any different than any other company - Its about the money.

I had placed a pre-order March 26th, and has been in the packing process since April 9th. (Wyze band) Have not received an email or any indication of it being shipped, and no tracking.

I also have a pending package from this company dated the 9th. It has not been received by USPS. Can I just stop by and pick it up?

“these one off customers” = people who are trying to protect themselves and their loved ones from getting sick and dying from the coronavirus pandemic.
Yes, if they succumb to the virus they will likely end up being, as you put it: “one off customers.”
Why should Wyze put their needs for potentially life-saving equipment ahead of your need for a wristband and/or a scale?

I am betting a lot of the people who purchased the thermometer were also regular WYZE customers, I have purchased all their products and I also purchased a thermometer when they came available. I for one am happy they are helping in whatever way they can to help the fight against the pandemic.

I’ve ordered both and have the order number and email confirmation to prove it, but your website says I don’t have any orders. It doesn’t even see ALL of the previous merch I’ve purchased - Sensor kit, probably 10-15 cameras, etc. What’s going on, guys?

I see a lot of people saying they see their order, and it says “packing” but they don’t have a tracking number.

I have Informed Delivery through USPS, and it tells me (and has told me since the 9th) that I have a package coming from Eachbit LLC. It says “USPS awaiting package”, and hasn’t changed since the 9th.

So I think they’ve generated tracking numbers but just aren’t getting the packages out the door.

This is for the Band, fwiw.

I ordered my thermometer on April 8th. Received a notice from Wyze that it shipped April 14. Tracking the USPS # shows the label was printed April 10 but it has not been received at the USPS facility. I’m worried it is lost.

We have been getting packages out the door (there are cases in this thread of people receiving them before the tracking number updated as expected) but the tracking numbers definitely aren’t working right. We’ve been deep diving into that to figure out why this has been happening and apologize for the trouble.

WyzeGwendolyn, I call BS on your 20 percent bands shipped (unless it wasn’t FIFO). I placed my band order on 3/24 and got my order email at 8:55 AM (9:55EST). A USPS tracking number was assigned on 4/8 but nothing has happened since then, not even received by USPS. Since you continued selling the bands for another 2 weeks I find it hard to believe that my order in the first hour (maybe 15 minutes) wasn’t part of that 1st 20 percent.

Based on feedback from the community, we checked with our shipping partners and found that they had gone to a method intended to improve shipping efficiency (larger number of order shipped in shorter amount of time) instead of FIFO though that’s how we provided the order numbers. It’s possible that your order was shuffled around or that it was already shipped but the tracking number hasn’t been updated properly (another issue we are working on tracking). We apologize for the poor experience you are having and are working to resolve these issues.

Same for me, except my scale arrived in NY tonight while I was chatting with CS and no e-mail at all telling me the scale had shipped and no tracking number.

I just updated now and it still says “Processing” … my order was placed 3/24.
When is my order shipped to Florida?

So people who ordered way after me already have their band. Thanks so much. Incredibly bad logistics and no way to treat customers like me who have bought multiples of almost every one of your products. I would applaud your prioritizing thermometer orders if I didn’t feel you were profiteering at a price point that is not consistent with your other product pricing. I could sell my Nubee bought on Amazon a year ago for $12 for almost what your therm is selling for.

Update:
I received my scale today - ordered on 3/24. Again no tracking #. App shows 'processing…Fedex", while website says ‘processing’

I installed firmware update - no issues whatsoever. GREAT product and love the many features!

No worries. I’m glad your sending out the thermometers first. That is needed by more people than a scale or a band. If it takes another month to receive my scale so be it. There are more important things going on in the world right now that is out of our control. Your doing a fantastic job in providing excellent products at a great price. Take care and be Safe!

Here is my final opinion on this subject.

I don’t care when the band comes. If I have to wait 2 weeks, or 2 months. I was given the option to preorder, with no guaranteed ship or arrival date.

What I do mind is that wyze wast upfront about what happened. They didn’t tell us that they were overloaded with orders, or that it would take an unforeseen amount of time to ship (until long after all the issues started). They didn’t tell us they were prioritising thermometers until just recently.

If they had just told everyone this information at the beginning, I’m sure there would be far less tension

(Also I would really like a tracking number since apparently my band has already shipped?)
