Just wanted to share an update. Received my Wyze bathroom scale today. Ordered 04/02. Never received any shipping notification or tracking info and it still shows as processing on the orders page.

Checked account last night, no shipping info but scales arrived today and they work great.
It seems that the problems Wyze has with shipping orders gets worst & worst with each new product. My order of 3/24 (like other people) is in “Processing” with ZERO movement.
The statement about FIFO is a complete joke - hinging on being an outright lie.
I ordered on 3/24. Scales arrived today from CA. It is still listed as processing_fedex. I ordered the band at within a few minutes if the scale. The band is still listed as pick_pack…
Why is it no way to even tell when or if it was shipped. You are given no information about something you paid early for. Let us have the next gadget that comes out and we pay you some other time. I love Wyze but this is dumb we have nothing to show not when it was shipped, how to track it or when it might ship. All we have is how long it will take 5-7 business days . In sure by the time I get mine it will already need a update. This process has really taken away from Wyze. Hope it’s worth the wait. ![]()

If your order is in Packing on 4/9 how many days does it take to pack one band? I just found all this and it’s no new info since being packed on 4/9. That’s four business days I believe so it should be coming? Idk cause all it says is its still being packed.
And now they add face masks to further push back shipping for pre ordered items… I would love to know what they are thinking regarding this shipping debacle.
Its a TOTAL fiasco! Lets get this fixed FIRST!. Where are the tracking #s / communication?

For my 2 cents, I don’t think any of the forum mavens or the Wyze Team are paying attention to this thread at all. There has been no responce WHAT SO EVER since the initial shipping update. Trust level is down for me to a point I’m not going to buy any early access products for awhile.
I brought this up to the team and appreciate you taking the time to outline this.
Our processes are usually FIFO and it’s how we’ve been sending the orders to the fulfillment partners. But given the current volumes, our partners have optimized for shipping as many orders out as they can as quickly as possible and it has not been following our standard FIFO procedure.
We overlooked this when we issued this statement and we apologize for oversight.
