Order # 001458615 placed 03/24 finally got notice but tracking number leads to nothing original arrival date was supposed to be 04/23 but that went away says label created 04/08 shipped supposedly 04/20 but again tracking not active and still don’t have it.
Those posting order numbers for Gwendolyn to look at, if you could send them over in a message it will be easier for them to follow.

I placed my order on March 30 and haven’t got any tracking number or anything at this point i cannot with wyze anymore .
I’m not blaming Wyze completely. I would like to know why they still refuse to do FIFO even after all the complaints. But Fedex has had may package doing a road show apparently. It’s stopping everywhere and one time the layover was 3 days. That’s 100% fedex not Wyze.
Umm I’ll say wyze because i haven’t even gotten a tracking number from them yet . That’s crazy . I blame wyze period because i pre ordered . They had a specific date that it would be shipped if pre ordered. I emailed and no response! Wyze is to blame !

I’d say do like I did: Call the support team, ask to cancel an order and then don’t let them off the phone until they do cancel it. They’re going to have to try and get a hold of someone on the Orders Team. Whatever you do, do not accept their offer to have someone follow-up with you. I went over a week, and multiple attempts to reach out to cancel my Scale order and not once got a single of the 3 different follow-ups I was promised.
I cancelled mine, got my refund. The scale was more of a “this would be cool to have” rather than a “need to have”. Wyze’s lack of transparency and willingness to accept any sort of fault over this massive problem they’ve created in fulfilling this EA orders pushed me over the edge. Maybe I’ll order one at a later date, probably not.
That was what I was saying. It sat in a FedEx truck for 10 days going from Indiana to Kentucky. It stayed in Kentucky for 3 days. I wanted to buy a lock keypad but I didn’t want it shipped FedEx smartpost. Everyone said they were being shipped USPS. Well I ordered it a week ago and guess what…it was shipped FedEx smartpost. I’m not buying anything else from Wyze. I will wait until it is in Home Depot or Amazon. I don’t like FedEx smartpost ![]()

Is it with USPS? I noticed I had pre-shipment labels created on 4-13 and the tracking numbers never got updated. The numbers suddenly disappeared today from the USPS informed delivery website. They got delivered today though. Very strange that my tracking numbers never got updated and then just disappeared when they got delivered. ![]()
I placed order for Thermometer on 4/14. Then on 4/21 I received email saying that Thermometer has been shipped, but when I check USPS tracking, it only says Label Created.
Nothing else.

Hi. I ordered face masks on 4/17/20 and it still says processing and no update yet I’ve been charged since that day of course. You guys said 1-3 business days it would be shipped and I’m still waiting. Honestly, can I just get a refund since you guys didn’t even honor your shipping. I guess I’m just trying to figure out why I have paid for something that I have no received or gotten an update on? I have tried to contact support as well and that’s down. I can’t even get a hold of anyone.
Wyze, how long should I anticipate the scales being out of stock? I’ve been waiting for several weeks and in need of a new scale. An estimated date would be appreciated so I can determine if I’d like to wait or not. Haven’t been able to find any info on a restock date.

Alright, for folks that gave me order numbers, we’ve decided that the missing Early Access orders are probably lost at this point and I’m requesting replacements be sent out. Thank you for your patience as I worked through this.
@eliana, I’d recommend reaching out to the customer support team. Your order may be on the way or lost. But if you want a refund, you will definitely need to work through them. I apologize for the inconvenience.

@UserCustomerGwen as I mentioned earlier, Wyze Customer Support cannot be reached. It says “We’re experiencing high support volumes. We appreciate your patience!” and nothing happened / popped up. What’s their email address / phone # ?
