Wayne, no offense intended. What you say is true. I understand that. But the care facilities are being used for parents who are still going to a place of employment because they are in an essential industry. I really doubt that there are parents who are dropping their children off at daycare while they work at home.
I have grown children who are now working at home so naturally they temporarily stopped dropping their kids off at daycare and school, and as a result are dividing their home time between doing their employment work and caring for the kids and even home-schooling them, so they really have their hands full. I think that is very common under the present situation.

So I did use that EA phone number that was sent out via email a while back, since I am one of the ones who ordered the scale as soon as it was available for order…yet haven’t received it. The tech was able to give me a tracking number, which I had never received…but it says “label created” and there has not been any update… Any ideas what I can do to receive my order? Support has not been much help.
Just wondering when the scale and band will be back in stock.
You can buy my band. It’s just opened my eyes that I want a full fledged smart watch. The band is excellent for what it does. But I want to make calls not hunt my phone down and same with texts. And for $2 I can get Alexa support on a Apple Watch. I probably shouldn’t have bought the band because before that I hadn’t worn a watch in years. Now I want smart watch.
Hi I ordered a Thermometer back on the 8th of April and received an email that it shipped on the 14th, but using the tracking number supplied from the shipping email it was never picked up and USPS has not received it. I have tried to email support but have not heard anything back from them.
I’ll be popping in here again later but the mods let me know about this part of the discussion.
All Wyze employees are already able to work from home. The health products aren’t factoring into that ability since none of us are going to the office. We’d still be doing our thing otherwise.
The exact opposite is the reason I bought Wyze Band. I spent a lot on smartwatch and band but noticed I was under utilizing them. Wyze Band has the top basic functions I regularly use and it’s good enough. We get there in different ways!
I’m sorry I think there was a misunderstanding. NLS was saying that you added those products so that you guys could stay open as an essential business. And I thought that if that is in fact what you guys did it was kind of shady and would look bad on Wyze. Other online companies didn’t have to do that so why would you have to do that. I stated that I thought you guys did that out of goodwill not so that you could stay open. I did state so that I’m being honest with everything that to an extent it did backfire from a shipping standpoint
Ordered 3/24 Still no product, never sent to usps . Please give some HONEST answers
Well I just realize they’re not doing first in first out on the keypads to because a friend of mine just got his today and his or invoice number 769 after me. And I’m not supposed to get mine for two more days. So if they were shipping first in first out I would’ve already have gotten mine.
I didn’t place an order for the keypad yet.
Waiting for Wyze to resolve my other order for bands.
Thanks for the clarification, Gwen. Wayne is mischaracterizing my original post on the subject and anyone is free to read it. Like almost everyone here, I am an enthusiastic supporter of Wyze Labs and have not accused the co. of any wrongdoing whatsoever. I hope we can get back to enjoying and discussing Wyze present and upcoming products, and learning new and novel uses for them from each other.
That was probably a very smart move on your part
I am in the exact same boat as praxis123. Ordered on the 8th, shows as shipped on the 14th but the tracking number is totally worthless with any information if it ever even got handed over to USPS. This is getting to be a total disaster/joke. Wyze should not be committing to shipments unless they can actually deliver. IMHO, Wyze needs to STOP TAKING ANY FURTHER ORDERS until they can get a handle on what they have already taken on. This kind of uncontrolled chaos and mounting customer complaints will only futher damage the reputation of Wyze. They should not make promises on things they cannot deliver upon.
How am I misrepresenting what you said. Direct quote.
Because you deliberately omitted Point 1:
1) It obviously served the emergency needs of the crisis we are in as a country
Oh you’re absolutely right but you made it sound like they also did it so that they could stay in business you can’t have it both ways they either did it as a kindness which I believe they did. Or they did it to kind of skirt the rules and to be in essential business. And I don’t think they did that. And I think any business that didn’t do that is kind of shady
I read the posts from both of you as they were intended, don’t worry.
For everyone else in this thread, all Wyze Band and Wyze Scale orders SHOULD have been sent out already. If you have not received yours, could you please send me a message with your order number? I would like to send them to the team and check for any patterns.
We’re sorry for the poor communication and we’re working on the underlying issues. We also on-boarded a couple more shipping partners to deal with the high order volume. We aren’t keeping stock of each product at each warehouse at this point so that is contributing to how some newer products are being sent out more quickly.
@UserCustomerGwen do we know if they are following FIFO for the keypads and essentially all orders at this point or are we still having issues? Is the invoice number the amount of keypads that were sold or the total number of invoices across all products? Because if it’s the total number of keypads then I’m lucky that it was only 769 that I was behind.
