Shipping cost dilemma

This is for WYZE---- “I was charged $7.99 shipping because I was forced to split my order by Wyze. I have not received a satisfactory response regarding a refund of the $7.99. I placed 2 orders for plugs and due to Wyze limit I was only allowed to put 7 in the cart and had to follow up with a 2nd order of 2. They charged me $7.99 for the 2nd order even though I far exceeded the $99 minimum on the first order. That doesn’t seem fair or good business to me.”

Was the response from Wyze by email or over the phone?

The proper way to bring something to Wyze’s attention directly is to contact Customer Support (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT or make a Support Request online.

To further clarify, This forum is primarily a user-to-user community and not actively monitored by Wyze employees.
