We have 2 Cam Pan v1 s . My wife as shared user suddenly can’t view live feed BUT can still get event notifications and view the event. Both cameras were just updated to 4.10.9.3006. Did this upgrade mess up shared users’ access.
Very annoying. My access for both live and events is fine. She keeps getting “Network unstable, switch to 360p” BUT if that were the case I would be having the same problem.
Also have a Wyze OG that is ok with access so I’m thinking the upgrade is the culprit on the C Pans.
Any thoughts ?

The upgrade should not affect shared access but make sure you are both on app 2.48 or above because that is required with the new firmware.

Well well well. Thanks Jason ! I was on 2.48.5 while she was on 2.47. So now we’ve both upgraded to 2.49 and she has full access again.
