Been a while since I used my Wyze cams. Can we still not turn off notifications for shared cameras? My sister has a camera in a field shared to me and goes off every few seconds

Nothing has changed…owner still controls alerting.
How about turning notifications off for the app on OS level? Wouldn’t that solve the issue?
I think that would turn off all wyze alerting.
I know but at least it will silence shared cameras.
But OP only concerned about one shared camera.
That’s the best I can offer as I don’t share my cameras 
My wife and my daughter have full access to my cameras, they know better than to go and change things.
