Setting up Vacuum

Received my Vac yesterday. Tried to add it to the Wyze App by doing “Press and hold the Home and Power buttons on the vacuum. It will say “ WiFi connection has been reset .”. It is fully charged but I never get the response “ WiFi connection has been reset ”. Tried several times and still no go. Held the power and home buttons continuously waiting for response. Nothing. What can I do to get this working?

I hope you solved the problem by now. If not, it took me a couple attempts. Try holding one then the other button down first for a fraction of second.
