Set up not working

I have two Wyze cam 3v – one connected to the internet, the other does not seem to be connecting. I have 5g in the house but confused why one would connect and the other doesn’t. I don’t think it would be a 5g issue if one is connected fine. When I hit ‘set up’ nothing happens. I even tried continuing without waiting to hear

Should not be related to your 5G internet connection. If pushing/holding the setup button does not put it into setup mode, it sounds like a faulty camera and probably needs to be replaced. Does it appear to be getting power at all? There should at least be a light on it when it is powering up.
