Sent the wrong masks - RIPOFF? or planned

Anyone else order the N95 masks and get the sent the cheap, crappy masks instead/ I will work with Amazon Payment to deny payment if I continue to get no response from Wyze support.

I am really frustrated with Wyze as well regarding masks. I have ordered and paid for cloth masks. They have not arrived, the tracking information shows nothing after saying it was arriving a week ago, Wyze support is ghosting me. I have reached out to the Wyze team 4 times. I love the camera products but really disappointed with support and follow up. The crazy part is I live in Kirkland where their head office is I should have had masks next day but still nothing. :frowning:
