I received a replacement sense hub because the prior unit stopped working. The replacement has NEVER worked since receiving. It makes a static noise and switches from 1 light to 3 steady lights to 3 blinking lights all the time. It will not update firmware either, I just keep getting the run around from support and no one ever is available via phone. What good are all these sensors I purchased and placed around the house if the hub is worthless. Extremely frustrating.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Do you have a ticket number from support regarding the replacement hub and it not working?
