Is there a secure vandal-proof enclosure for the outdoor webcam? Something that has hidden mounting screws and possible a key-lock to access the camera?

Nothing is truly vandal proof, you just have to make it harder to mess with, no things you want Height, hiding and mounting. A few here have found some that they like, but keep in mind nothing is perfect and you to can hear the voice of The LPL in your head when looking at any solution.

Mounting the camera up high is a good idea. For the WCO, the tripod screw mount also makes it a bit harder to defeat if mounted up higher.
If you are worried about the videos being lost, I’d suggest using Cam Plus so you always have the video even if the camera is broken or stolen.
