When the SD card is full and the app automatically deletes old videos to make room for new ones, does it erase the entire card? After playing back recorded video, the card was empty except for the most recent 10 minutes. I’m trying to figure out what happened to the previous 3 days. (32GB SD card recording HD)
I have 2 cameras with SD cards in them, they both just delete the oldest clips to make room for the new (they don’t erase the whole card). You could try to pull it the card and view the video in VLC player to see if it’s just an issue with the apps Playback tab
It happened again today on the same camera. I viewed playback video from a few hours earlier. When I tried to view it again later, I get “No replay of video in the current period”. The results are the same in VLC: the files no longer appear on the card. The card reads as nearly full but the video files no longer appear. It’s as if they are somehow “hidden”.
