Whether in “live” mode or viewing playback, my Wyze cam-v3 is sounding a noise that is repeating nonstop. After moving the camera from an outside wall to inside a bedroom on the other side of the house, the noise persists. This annoyance makes the camera unusable. I purchased it in November of 2022 and it was fine then. The noise can be described as the sound made by a shovel scooping gravel from a hard surface. The sound repeats every 2-3 seconds. I have video files that are available.
Do you mean that you are hearing the scraping nose on the app, or coming from the camera itself?
If coming from your phone, are you in the same room as the camera? If yes, it’s likely just a feedback loop. Step away from the camera.

No, I’m not near the camera while using the app on my phone. I have reset the camera several times and the same sound returns even if all the other cameras are off. I’m puzzled. I would be happy to send the camera to the research lab to have a technician take a look at it. I can’t use it anyway. I now have 6 Wyze cameras located in different positions on the outside walls. None of the others are experiencing this oddity.
