I set a schedule for my Wyze V2 camera to record from 10:00AM - 11:00PM. Since I am using a SD card for local storage, do I need to set it to ‘Record on event’ or ‘Continuous Recording’?
Are you on the beta app or the regular app from the App Store/Play Store?
The SD records as long as the device is turned on. The settings you are seeing are most likely for events. Can you post a screenshot?
Events are separate. It’s either continuous recording, event recording, or nothing to the SD card. The first screenshot is for the cloud events. Loki made a post last week that may help clear things up.
Okay so my only option is continuous if I don’t want to only record motion?
For the SD card yes. @Loki, please correct me if I am wrong.

Correct. For the SD card, if you want to record more than motion, then you must use continuous. As stated above, this has nothing to do with the 12-second motion/sound/smoke/CO clip recording to the cloud.
