I guess you could say the same for most IP cam vendors.
Got it working on my V3 today via Synology, thought I’d treat myself to an upgrade.
Is it available on the V3 Pro?

Any firmware upgrade will break whatever you’ve accomplished. Wyze stopped supporting RSTP eons ago.
I mean an upgrade in Hardware.
Sort of…RTSP is available on a V4 cam through 3rd party integrations. The most common of these are:
- Docker Wyze Bridge
- Tiny Cam Pro - in Server Mode
- Scrypted
Those will locally convert Wyze Cam V4 Video streams to RTSP and give you a URL that can be put into any program that wants an RTSP link.
