My robot vac has started having charging issues. I bought a new battery and it charge to 100%. The vac ran then returned to dock. Later in the evening I get a “shutting off due to low battery” message and the app then shows the vac is in standby or offline. I manually made sure that the vac was docked correctly. The next day the same issue. I’ve made sure that the dock and vac charging bars are clean. I’ve made sure that the vac docs correctly. Yet, I still keep having this issue. I push the vac against the charging station and the lights blink white than say turning on. Lights then blink yellow and never go to pulse yellow. I can move the vac back and forth against the charger to eventually get a “starting to charge” message, then a few seconds later the lights start blinking yellow again. I do have another vac upstairs that I could switch out charging stations if the station is the problem, but I don’t see how the station could be the issue.
