In the last few months, I noticed that accessing footage from any of my cameras SD cards or streaming live footage gets stuck on a loading screen. I have to close the app and restart it, close it again restart and then it will work properly. It will only steam live footage for about 5 seconds before it comes up loading.
I have tried formatting the SD cards, replacing them and even removed and reinstalled the camera. I have cleared the cache, restarted my network and still have the problem.
I view SD footage on a constant basis, as I post bird videos from my V3 to YouTube. I also have a V4 that I watch SD recording on at least weekly. No issues here, so I suspect there is something unique with your network causing the problem.
Do you live in a neighborhood with LOTS of WiFi noise? If so, maybe try using a different channel for your 2.4GHz SSID. Assuming you live in the USA, I would stick with channels 1, 6, or 11. Those channels do not overlap with others. With that said, if you are super familiar with WiFi networks, you may find a channel that works better for you and your specific environment.
