Return eligible through Jan 31, 2025 NOT WORKING

I purchased four Wyze Cam V3 Pro cameras on November 20, 2024, during a sale on the Wyze website using Buy with Prime. Shortly after, I noticed that Wyze Cam V4 cameras were on sale on Amazon, so I purchased those instead and planned to return the four Wyze Cam V3 Pro cameras.

However, I forgot to process the return and just remembered now. When I attempted to initiate the return, the process did not go through. I contacted the Wyze support team via live chat, and they informed me that the return window had closed. Since I purchased using Buy with Prime, the return should be handled through Amazon, where it clearly states: “Return eligible through Jan 31, 2025.”

Upon further checking on January 28, 2025, I confirmed that the “Return eligible through Jan 31, 2025” information is incorrect and misleading. The Wyze Cam V3 Pro cameras remain completely unopened and brand new, as I have been using the Wyze Cam V4 cameras instead.

Other consumers should be aware of this issue and take it into consideration before purchasing holiday orders that claim to be returnable through January 31, 2025.
