return authorization ??

We accept returns of WyzeCams purchased from for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging to receive a refund. Shipping and handling charges as well as taxes paid are non-refundable. Please contact us at to request a return material authorization (RMA) before sending a return to us. If you return a product to us without an RMA, we will not be able to process your return. Your return must be received by us within 10 days of issuance of the RMA. You are responsible for and must pre-pay all return shipping charges.

How long does it usually take to get a return authorization number ? I noticed the policy says it needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase and 10 days from getting the return number and address, but no mention of how long it takes to get the number and address. Leaving town soon, and want to get these shipped back before I go.

Unfortunately, wyze support problems continue to be a problem in June 2020. I’ve been trying to return a new wyze band since they first shipped in April. I keep getting auto replies in support from the first week I got the delayed wyze band. They took my money as soon as I placed the order (not when they shipped the order like normal consumer electronics companies - 3 weeks later).

I’ve had lots of connectivity issues with several of their bulbs and sensors and now stopped buying them too.

I’m one of the early customers and have been recommending them for 2 years. Can’t do that anymore. I’m so glad I didn’t invest in wyze products for my home security in January of this year.

If anyone in wyze is monitoring this forum… please give me my money back and take back the band now. See my support tickets requesting a return authorization. Thanks.
