I’m changing ISPs and having to reset my Cam Pan 3 cameras to do so. During that process, I’m being asked if I want Cam Plus, which I already have for all cameras. I’ve reset the first one and kept the same name for the camera, but had to restart the Cam Plus service. Does that service automatically cancel for the same camera or does it need to be cancelled before resetting?
Do you have individual Cam Plus licenses for a couple cameras, or do you have the Cam Unlimited plan?
Either way, it should be checking if you have an open cam plus license and just assigning the camera to an open license. Go to Account tab then services and see if it got assigned to the existing cam plus you already had, or added a new one.
Actually, you may need to log into the website to check that. I forgot they took away access to view that in the app for some of us like me.
