Why can't I change my camera's current subscription to Cam Unlimited from Cam Plus?

Hello! I have a few cameras, and I recently purchased the Cam Unlimited plan. After doing so, I saw that there was a reset services button which worked for the cameras that didn’t have a plan at the time. However, for the ones that had the Cam Plus on them already, I can’t get them to change over. Anyone else experience this? Anyone know what I might be able to do to fix it?

Contact Support. They should be able to fix it for you.

Also, if your plans are the yearly plans instead of the monthly plan, you might be able to have support extend your CPUnlimited package by whatever amount is left on your singular subscription.

It said when I purchased the Unlimited that it wouldn’t renew until 1-28-26. Hopefully they can help me get the other cameras sorted out so I can get CPU on them. Thanks!
