I have several pan v3 and 1 doorbell. I have cam plus for the doorbell. But I noticed there was never any movement (before there was) even though i live in an apartment complex. So I switched the cam plus to another cam and the doorbell started picking things up. But now the cam that has the cam plus is doing the same thing. This started after renewing my subscription a few weeks ago. Anyone else woth this problem. Now I’m realizing the subscription isn’t worth it
I think you should go to my.wyze.com, log into your account then go to My Services and see which device is actually assigned to your Cam Plus.
Also open the camera to live view, go to settings and reset services.
I know which cam has it. I dont think I need to reset, cause it happens to all of them whenever I switch to a different cam. This started after I renewed my plan beginning of the month
