Replace double pole with Wyze switch?

This is my currently installed switch (double pole) which only turns on/off my well pump. The breaker switch is a dual 20 amp breaker. This is the only switch on this circuit. Can I replace this with a wyze switch?

Also, what is the purpose of the unused (blank wire punchout) portion of the Wyze switch? In other words, it looks like this punchout could be used for my second neutral?

That is a 240v circuit. The Wyze switch won’t work since it is for 120v only. There are two hot wires running into the double pole switch to give 240v to the pump.
