Has anyone ever taken apart a Pan Cam? I had one and it now won’t turn horizontally anymore (construction crew removed from the wall and dropped it into a box) vertical works and when I try to pan horizontally I hear the motor turning but the camera struggles to move horizontally. I think the motor has disconnected from the base, camera video and vertical still work. Thanks in advance.

Theres a screw under the round rubber thing at top of back panel and another right behind the sticker at bottom with the qr code on it. Careful though, there a speaker attached to panel connected by wiring to the inner areas so dont pull it off like its a remote battery cover.
