Refund for doorbell return

Ticket 1086096 Returned my Doorbell that a never installed over 3 weeks ago . No refund and no information on this refund . Please refund my money ASAP !

What a system they have … they close the ticket before they complete the request . I can,t respond to ticket with any comments I have create a new request “Follow-up” but as you start the request process there is no choice for returns …
