Redemption of second Sprinkler Plus subscription

Howdy all,
I just received my pre order of 2 Wyze Sprinkler controllers.
Installation went easily.
My issue is this…each controller came with a 3 year sub to Sprinkler Plus, I am unable to redeem the second subscription.
I’d like both controllers to have this functionality as one controller is installed for the front yard, the other is in the back.

Any ideas what I may be doing incorrectly??

Try adding the subscription on Make sure to sign in to the same Wyze account(same as app) that the sprinkler controllers are connected to.

I bought the subscription. I have the invoice number to prove it, but I can find no way to connect it to the controller using either the app or the web even though both are logged it with the same (and my only) login. The web doesn’t know I bought the subscription apparently. Call customer service.
