Is it possible I can recover the footage from December 2019? My property has been thieved and damaged. Police needs those footage for evidence .
What kind of footage? Cloud? No, only saved for 14 days. What are your settings? My cameras that record continuous have a few days of retention, but my garage cam which is set to event recording to SD prob has months of retention because there never is any movement. Manual recording? I have saved some manual recordings to my phone which is never deleted and is backed up on Google photos. Depends on your settings and which method of recording you are trying to recover.

When the Wyze Cam detects motion or sound, it starts recording a 12-second video that is stored on the AWS cloud via end-to-end encryption. Event Video can be viewed for up to 14 days through the Wyze app. After 14 days, Event Videos are deleted and cannot be recovered.
