I read elsewhere in the forum that the 12 second limit on motion detection is limited to cloud storage. I have my cam set to record to local (SD) and it still cuts off at 12 seconds. Also, beside each clip is the cloud image. Am I missing something to get the cam to record to SD other than turning it on?
Make sure you’re looking in the right place. Cloud alert videos are played by accessing them in the Notifications section of the app. SD card video is played by tapping the View Playback button from the Live Stream view.

Doh! … thanks man. Got it. Guessing this can only be done on the main account. The ones I shared access with do not have the playback option.

Correct, shared users do not have access to any SD card functions.
