I have 4 cams all with an ad. I get nothing
Motion alerts but the cameras aren’t recording and saving to the sd cards
Welcome to the forums! What camera version do you have? Looks like you are mentioning two issues, 1. no motion alerts and 2. local storage not saving.
Motion alerts. What are the settings for the event recording and notifications for your cameras? Do you have any videos show in the event tab off the main page of the app?
Local storage. If you go Into your cameras settings, then advanced settings, do your sd cards show up under local storage? What are your local storage settings? Continuous or event only?
And FYI, local storage (sd card) and cloud recording (motion alerts) are Independant of each other. If you have the WCOs, ignore the local storage information above. Lol
