According to Wyze, that’s not actually the case:
The Wyze Cam OG will continue to record, the issue is after about 30 minutes the cam attempts to reboot to re-establish the connection. When it reboots it essentially forgets the time if it cannot connect and get it. Due to that the recordings end up saved in a different location and the card needs to be removed from the camera to see them.
As for the other issues I will see if I can reproduce any of them. I will also send them to the team to see if they are being worked on.
I’m not saying that it isn’t annoying or that it shouldn’t be fixed (it should), but the recording apparently does continue, and those recordings can be retrieved from the microSD cards.
