“NOTIFY” is not selected for every smart event. Yet I still get sound detected push notifications on this camera whenever monitoring is enabled (ie when i have it set to home or away). Any idea what could be wrong?
I see this is due to the fact that push notification settings are shared across all users.
I have the same issue, did you ever get this sorted out?
Although I have my cameras shared with my wife she has her own login to the app. She is also using iOS and since the cameras are shared it doesn’t appear she has any control over individual camera settings. She just has a general notification setting as to whether or not to allow the app to send her push and or text notifications on her phone.
So I don’t think that’s the issue.
