Need the option of “Restart” in the menu on the thermostat device. I cannot flip the breaker so I am currently having to pull the thermostat off the wall every time I want to restart it. (Usually because it has lost wifi)
I assume that you are you looking for this option on the physical thermostat since it has ‘lost wifi’ and you can’t access ‘Restart Device’ in the App.
In my case my internet has high Latency/Ping and this thermostat does not maintain its connection to WYZE so I constantly had to power cycle using breaker or pulling it off the wall, I ended up replacing it with another brand and moved it to a different property where internet has low Latency/Ping and it has remained connected for over a year now.
