Question on cameras not sending notifications after update

What is your sensitivity set at for your home camera and what is it at for your camp camera?

Around 25 to 30

Try bumping it up OVER 50% & see if you get any notifications.

Bumped them up. Also when I am in WiFi I receive them once in a while. But when I am only in very good cell service I don’t receive any. It’s like the cloud isn’t pushing the notifications to me.

The ones at my home work great. If I’m home or not home I always get notifications.

Well then that sounds like a cell service issue, not a Wyze issue! :woman_shrugging:t3: Tough to get anything if you don’t have good service. :blush:

That was my conclusion on this issue as well.

Cell service is great. Full bars. I had no problem when first setup. Received notifications fine. Updated firmware on the cameras and then it quit working.

Why do my other cameras work at home or away from home

I’m using the new update as well, and I didn’t experience any notification issues after the update. I wish I knew what else we could do to solve your problem. Maybe someone else can come up with a solution for you. :slightly_smiling_face:

Never ran into that problem, I would try factory reset on each camera, do one first to see what happens .
Then again that might not help at all , could be a router problem or LTE
could try flashing firmware back to an older one
