Seems that no matter what I set the Sound Sensitive at 1-100 the Cam V3 will trigger on my outdoor cameras. When I check what was recorded from the camera on the App it has no noise recorded at all.

The Wyze Outdoor Camera and the V3 (also an outdoor camera) are two completely different animals. Yep, should have never been named that way, lol. So what it sounds like to me is you have some V3s that don’t detect sound properly. A good test for that is to record a live feed while you talk in front of the camera. If no voice in the resulting recording, then call Wyze for a replacement:
