Problem switching email address

I started using Wyze with a paid email address from Godaddy. I let it expire and now have a Gmail account.

Wyze will not allow me to reconnect the base station as it’s registered to another address but I can’t receive an email because any email is sent to the email address that doesn’t exist any longer.

Help.

Did you try this?

I did those things but when trying to connect to the base station I get a message that the station is linked to another user. Now I’m stuck.

Did you change your wifi network also?

No same network. Guess I will call customer support and wait in line.

WCO v2 is locked/bound to old account (email address) to prevent theft. The only way to assign to new account is to log in to Wyze app under old email address. Then while WCO cam is connected to WCO Base, remove/delete cam via app, remove Base Station via app, reset/setup all under new account using new email address.

Agree, They have to be online when they are deleted from old account, camera/Cameras first then the base as you stated.
