Account difficulty / connection issue

"hello my paid account is listed under 1 email account and I recently changed my phone number. Which led me to get locked out of my account due to two-way Authentication. a little research later found out I had to open a new account with a different email. I did so but I can’t link up to my devices and can’t delete my old account due to being locked out. however I pay for the service through my other account. what do I do?

This happens regularly. Two factor authentication is not always worth the trouble…

In this case, in addition to Jason’s advice, you could also just stop paying on the old account, reset all the cameras, and configure them from scratch with the new account. This probably won’t work for the Wyze Cam Outdoor, will lose any legacy person detection (which you’ve probably already lost anyway), and is a pain.
