I get that all the time with all my WCO v1 cams, and all the V3 cams that are outdoors and have the IR lights on. It’s been foggy here every morning for three weeks, same effect.
All of my wired v3 cameras are inside looking out. When it rains hard the water hits my windows and I feel I still get acceptable videos.
can you post a picture of what you are seeing? im betting if you turn off the IR lights it will solve the issue but this will only be a good thing if there is some ambient light in the area as well.
I have IR lights and Night Vision Off. here is a sample picture with my porch lights off.
Here is a sample picture with my green holiday porch lighting on.
Sorry for the delay, I think you have more than enough lighting to utilize no IR so that if you only clicked on night vision so that it had very little light but turned off the IR completely You would not get the reflections of rain and such dropping in front of the camera from the IR light but you would still utilize the black and white vision if it is deemed dark enough to trigger it in the first place. That’s one that we don’t have control over sadly there’s no sliding skill for that despite the many requests over the years, but in lieu of that, it looks like you do have enough light especially with your lighting as well that you would be correctly able to identify or get a good look at someone.
I am getting more rain today than my video 4 posts above.
