When possible, it can be helpful to share the actual version so that others can try to replicate your experience. In this case, noting the affected app version(s) might be useful. If you’re seeing something with a particular camera model, then noting that Cam and its firmware version could be useful, too.
Having said that, I wonder if what you’re describing is what was reported during the 3.8.5β test and perhaps now you’re seeing the same thing in the production app that was released yesterday. If that’s the case, then posting to the Wyze News topic for the applicable app release version is probably a better way to get visibility from Wyze, as only Wyze employees are allowed to create topics in the Wyze News and Beta categories.
