We had a power outage while we are out of town and neither of our cameras are working. We aren’t home so can’t do any manual troubleshooting.
Even though they show online, they aren’t connecting and going live.
Any advice?
If you can reach the camera’s settings page from the app, near the bottom is an option to restart the camera. If that doesn’t work, can you restart your router remotely? I suppose you don’t have a smart plug providing power to the camera or you could cycle that. If none of the above you either need someone to go to your home and unplug the camera and plug it back in or wait until you get home.

Probably won’t help at all but you could also try rebooting the phone.
