Power Cycling V2 Outdoor w/ Battery?

I see the recovery from a host of problems seems to be hard booting the camera. I’m thinking about a V2 Outdoor w/ a solar cell to cover my driveway thru the woods. It looks like this model has a little “reset” hole, I suspect you poke with a paper clip or something. So if I mount this camera 10’ high on a tree, should I expect to pull out the ladder, climb, and poke the reset hole frequently? How do you handle a power reset with this battery model?

Only one way to power cycle, turn off the switch on the back of the camera.

Thanks! Is it usually a power loss or a signal loss that requires a camera power cycle?

I have only done a power cycle once since October 2020 when the cams went off line. I have since figured out it is easier to power cycle the base station via a smart plug. Two of my cams will come back on line instantly, the other two further away may take up to 3-4 minutes to come back on line. If I am in a hurry I would take the cam down and power cycle it. Loss of signal from the base is the normal reason. My base used to go off line about once every 3-4 months but that hasn’t happened in a long, long time, it’s connected via ethernet cable to the router.
