I donāt normally go for AI-generated video/music content, but my earworm for the past couple of days has been something YouTube suggested to me called āStar Wars: Bass Windu - Do You Slap It?!ā.
Itās not the greatest thing Iāve experienced recently, and thereās definitely room for improvement, but I admire the creativity behind it, and watching and listening to it makes me smile and laugh.
Iām not posting a link because Iām trying to adhere to the Community Guidelines (some words in the song might be offensive to some listeners), but it should be easy enough to find if anyoneās interested.

The video version is the first one I saw/heard, and I donāt know how many times Iāve just listened to it without even watching, because itās got such a catchy groove. Thereās another version that Iāve listened to on YouTube Music with a different vocal in some parts, but it still has the explicit āEā label.

Speaking of S.Altman, I saw S.Altman just won his lawsuit defending against Muskās claims on a technicality (statute of limitations = Musk took too long to sue over it [3 years]). Who knows how it wouldāve gone if the jury had deliberated over the merits vs the technicality.
In some ways thatās a shame in the sense that Musk was trying to force OpenAI to return to itās original non-profit structure. That wouldāve been a positive outcome in many ways, though it couldāve arguably made it difficult for OpenAI to stay as competitive and innovative. Weāll never know.

I heard about that (the statue of limitations thing) from an actual radio, 'cause thatās how I roll. Then, because I was driving, my mind wandered to other things, like wondering how much machine learning mightāve been incorporated into building either side of the case, what if these models could be called for jury duty or some other court role because of their ability to process so much information, how biased theyāre likely to be, how unfair something like that would be to actual humans if a non-human was making decisions about a humanās fate, and other stupid garbage that my brain generates. Then I got back to the house and enjoyed time with the cat, time which was better spent.

Oh, man, Tommy Norris would have all kinds of Community Guidelines violations! I like that character, though, and I canāt imagine anyone else playing him the way Billy Bob Thornton does.
Always liked Billy, especially in Fargo TV Series.
