I recently purchased the Wyze Can OG for my older sister because we live in a house with our younger sister, mom, grandma, and cousins/friends of our sister who are always in and out and always find stuff missing in our rooms with no explanation. Today my mother threw a leaking garbage bag in my sisters room but we didn’t capture it on video because i didn’t pay for wyze plus. I have now paid for it but is there any way to go back and retrieve the footage or no?
If you didn’t have an SD card in the camera (which will record video without a subscription), no, there is no footage until after you subscribe. All you’ll have is the still frame (photo) of the incident.
Completely agree - if you NEED continuous recording, install an µSD card.
