So the camera you are having this issue on is the camera pan v3? What type of sd card is in the camera? What size? Have you tried swapping the bad card with a known good card so see if that behavior continues and the issue follows the camera? Have you tried the bad card in a known good camera to see if the behavior follows the card? How are you powering the camera? With the supplied power brick and cable?
It is a 64gb Sandisk U3 that works fine at capturing events so I assume it isn’t the card. I am powering it with the supplied cord and brick and all other functions work as expected. The issue is with the Cam Pan v3. The other cams work fine and playback allows you to pick any time not just events.
Are these “events” shown in the event tab of the app? Those are your cloud saves videos and have nothing to do with the sd card in the camera.
Can you post and a green shots of your playback timeline? And then post a picture of your.micro SD card status in the micro SD card status page in the advanced settings of the pan v3.
And all of your cameras are set to continuous recording to sd card? As I referenced earlier, for troubleshooting I would pick another camera that it’s continuous and as card are working as they should. Let’s say it’s a regular v3. Now take the sd card out of the regular v3, and take the sd card out of the problematic pan v3, and switch the cards to the other camera. Let each camera run for a bit then go into each cameras playback viewer to check if the pan v3 is still problematic with the SD card that was in the regular v3, or if the regular v3 with the possibly problematic sd card from the pan v3 is showing trouble. This should tell you if the issue is with the pan v3 or it was the SD card that was in the pan v3.
