I noticed today that Ithe PLAYBACK button under the Events tab is grayed out, but is available under livestream. I am using an SD card and not cloud recording. I chatted with a Wyze wizard who told me that the Events tab are for Cam Plus users only. Is this true? If so, it seems that Wyze forcing everyone to subscribe to cam plus. Has anyone seen an announcement about his?
The Events tab has always been where the cloud recordings are located. The microSD card recordings have never been located there. The playback button that is found will jump you across to the microSD card recording and we are looking into some issues with that button currently. It seems to be grayed out for some and not for others, but it has no bearing on if they are on Cam Plus or not.
I think what the Wyze Wizard was meaning is that video will only be on the Event tab if you are a Cam Plus subscriber, if you are not a subscriber you will need to jump across to the microSD card.

Thank you. But I beg to differ. As late as last week I was able to view event recordings from the Events tab.
Then you were watching cloud events, microSD card events have never been on the Event tab.
