Hi! First post here but long time user…
I, on 2 separate v4’s, am having the image go pink at random, a simple reboot from the app fixes it temporarily but ultimately happens again. Has anyone experienced this issue??
It looks like the shutter for night vision has an issue. Do you have it set on auto, on or off? Or maybe it is stuck ?

I would agree with @Antonius .
Try cycling through the Night Vision Mode: Auto, On, Off, back to Auto.

That was my first thought, too, that the IR filter is getting stuck. The included image also gives the appearance that the camera is mounted outdoors on a trailer or some other vehicle that’s likely to see a lot of jostling. If disassembling the camera isn’t an easy option for someone who wants to keep using it under these conditions, then would attaching a magnet to an appropriate location on the cameras body be an acceptable solution and prevent this from happening in the future? (Here I’m assuming a condition where someone would essentially want Night Vision Mode to be permanently Off, but that’s how I use my cameras because I like the color that the starlight sensor provides.)
