Pepe' Le Pew & Friends

My wife brushed the dog just now. Right away Punkin started the AT-AT and went to her cage. We think the baths, massages, and brushing stirs up the scent.

Dogs noses are much more receptive than ours, so that wouldn’t surprise me.

:sob: That’s to bad it isn’t like there is a shortage of them. There are about 10 in the parking lot and by the front door om my doctor’s office right now, maybe I can get one with my truck, blind spot in the mirror excuse

I’m a city boy but I heard the free range turkeys are more muscular and don’t taste like farm raised turkeys. Me, I prefer ham at Thanksgiving. Every Thanksgiving the turkey is room temperature because it came from Honey Baked and if you heat it up the glaze melts off. They use the warm gravy to heat up the turkey. Once I put a few pieces on a plate and nuked it not seeing the decorative gold trim. It only sparked for a second

That’s hilarious. Poor hunters didn’t realize their prizes all had sanctuary

I hunted wild turkey successfully. The only real difference between wild and domestic are the wings and the drumsticks. The drumsticks can’t really be used. I would just remove the breast and thigh meat. The taste is same. You just have to make sure the meat doesn’t dry out.

Oh, and you usually don’t need to worry about biting into any copper plated pellots with a Butterball.

Mr. Skunk :skunk: went to the Bay Area for winter, it’s going to be 19° F here tonight.

There was a possum visitor to my back door. Just stopping by to say Hi. But my dogs did not want to be disturbed.

When one of my daughter’s cats’ was here a few years ago a Possum walked up on the deck and looked through the screen door, the glass door was open. They both did a nose bump through the screen and the Possum wandered off. That cat thought everything was a friend.

We used to have a Cocker Spaniel (April) The neighbors had a cat that used to visit our back yard. When April saw the cat through the patio door, all hell would break loose. She would jump on the patio door and bark like mad. We had a rule to look in the back yard for the cat before we let the dog out.
One day the rule was not followed and April got out. She ran as fast as she could right up to the cat. I was expecting flying fur, but once they bumped noses, they were buds. In the winter we would let the cat in because the neighbors didn’t take care of it, The cat was sleeping on the sofa next to April. The cat started jumping around enough that April lifted her head and looked at the psycho cat thrashing. Then the cat stopped moving and NEVER WOKE UP during this. I would say this episode lasted about 15 seconds.

I need to get a warm blanket for my critter WCO. It rained all day yesterday and is 31 degrees this morning. The cam is only 6 inches off the ground and looks cold and damp.

Heading to the veterinarian now with the forest kitty, he decided indoor life is nice and adopted me.
He doesn’t realize he will come back :peanuts:-less.
After the visit to the vet, hope he isn’t too pissed off.

I wasn’t pissed off. Other guys in the recovery room had ice bags on their jewels.

Your raccoon friend is getting in trouble

I edited the video but it is too large for me to upload. You will have to put up with an ad unless someone can put it on their discord or youtube

Oh my gosh, that poor child. It didn’t look like the raccoon ran off into the woods. Looked light it was going straight for the under parts of the house. It was probably living under there.
