Pan v3 cam not recognizing micro SD card

I just bought 2 can pan v3 cameras. When I try to playback an event, both cameras give an error message that “Micro SD card is not found”. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and still nothing. The cameras double beep when the card is inserted. Can anyone please help me?

View the uSD card recordings from the camera live view page rather than from the Event tab.
